About Dan Max
Born: 1941 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Living in San Francisco, CA, USA since 1968.
Attended the Chicago Art Institute (1959-60) and the University of Wisconsin/Madison & Milwaukee (1962-67). Since the late 1990s all work has been made of paper, the majority in white, 2ply vellum sheets commonly available in art supply stores.
